Judo

Tait Szabo began practicing jujutsu as a freshman in high school and graduated at the rank of ikkyu (first degree brown belt). In college, he dabbled in judo, aikido, and Thai boxing, then later practiced Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He joined the West Bend Judo Club in 2013 and was promoted to the rank of shodan (first degree black belt) in 2019. He volunteers for the West Bend Judo Club as an assistant coach for sensei Jon Sanfilippo (kudan, 9th degree black belt) and teaches judo to kids grades K-4 in the After School program at University School of Milwaukee.
